1. Scope
These terms apply to every registration, offer, order and delivery through the LICQOR.NL trade channel. Placing an order means you accept them. Terms of your own apply only if we agree to them in writing.
2. Who may buy
The trade channel is for businesses only. By registering or ordering you confirm that:
- you are 18 or older, and of legal drinking age in your country if that is higher, and are authorised to act for the business;
- the business is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or a foreign equivalent and is professionally involved in the trade of alcohol;
- the business holds the licences needed to buy, import and resell the goods;
- your registration details are complete and accurate, and you do not use a false name or the name of another person or entity without authorisation.
3. Responsible sale
We do not sell alcohol to minors. We work according to a documented procedure (geborgde werkwijze) and may ask for proof of age, identity or business registration at any time. We may refuse or cancel a registration or order if we doubt that the conditions are met. You may not resell alcohol to anyone under 18.
4. Orders and contract
All offers are subject to availability and without obligation. After you place an order we send a confirmation by email, showing the contents and prices. A contract is formed only once your order has been processed and dispatched.
5. Prices and payment
Trade prices are in euros and exclude btw (VAT) and shipping, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due within the term on the invoice, or within 30 days of the invoice date if none is stated. If you pay late, statutory commercial interest applies from the due date, along with reasonable collection costs.
6. Delivery and risk
Our Delivery page sets out the delivery options, age check and rates. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when we hand the goods to the carrier, unless you have arranged insurance through us, in which case claims are settled under that insurance. Track-and-trace is provided with every shipment.
We are not liable for an incorrect address you provide, for loss after delivery is complete, or for delays beyond our control. Customs charges, duties and taxes are for the buyer.
7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until you have paid everything you owe us under the order. Until then, you may resell them only in the normal course of your business.
8. Inspection, complaints and returns
Please inspect goods on receipt and report any defect or shortage to info@licqor.nl within 7 days of delivery. Collectible goods are sold as described; normal signs of age on bottles, labels or packaging are not defects. Our Return Policy explains how returns work.
9. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, including lost profit or lost resale. These limits do not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence. The information on this website is provided with care, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or accurate.
10. Consumers
This channel is not intended for consumers. If you buy as a consumer anyway, nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory EU or Dutch consumer law. This includes your right of withdrawal, your rights if goods do not conform, the rule that risk passes to you only on receipt, and your right to go to the courts where you live.
11. Changes and severance
We may change these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. If a provision is void or unenforceable, the rest of these terms stay in force.
12. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
