Return Policy
Our trade channel is for businesses. This policy explains when you can return goods, how to arrange a return and how we settle it.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. Trade returns
Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. As a courtesy, we accept trade returns on the following conditions:
- You contact us and receive our written consent before sending anything back.
- You return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
- Bottles are unopened, unused and unaltered, in their original packaging, including any box, seals and labels.
- A return charge applies, which we confirm with our written consent.
2. Damaged or incorrect goods
Please report transport damage, leakage, or wrong or missing items within 7 days of delivery to info@licqor.nl, with your order number and photos of the bottle and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled. If the delivery was uninsured, the risk rules in our Terms & Conditions apply.
3. Refunds
After we have received and checked the goods, we refund you to the account the order was paid from. We do not refund bottles returned because customs charges, duties or taxes were not paid.
4. Further conditions for trade returns
The following conditions apply to every trade return:
- Non-returnable goods: bottles sourced on request, ordered specially for you or supplied from a limited allocation cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Return reference: our written consent includes a return reference. Please put it on the shipment, because returns without it may be refused.
- Transport: you arrange and pay for insured return shipment in suitable packaging, and the goods remain at your risk until we receive them. If we supplied defective or incorrect goods, we cover the reasonable cost of return.
- Inspection: we check every return on arrival. Goods that do not meet these conditions are sent back to you at your cost.
- Settlement: for defective or incorrect goods, we choose between replacement, a credit note or a refund of the purchase price.
- Cross-border returns: you provide the required customs and excise documents and pay any charges on the return shipment.
