3. Browser storage and cookies
This site stores two functional items in your browser: your age confirmation and your language choice. They remain on your device and are not used for tracking. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this site.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with service providers that act on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it:
- Supabase: database for registration requests
- Netlify: website hosting
- Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address
- Couriers and customs agents: delivery of your order
- Accountants and payment providers: invoicing and payment
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
- Registration requests that do not lead to a trade relationship: up to 12 months.
- Customer records: for the duration of the relationship.
- Accounting and tax records: 7 years, as required by Dutch law.
7. Security and data breaches
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and inform you where required.
8. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Email info@licqor.nl and we will reply within one month. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
